This policy describes the public marketing website at https://shufflecraftstudio.com (the “Site”). https://www.shufflecraftstudio.com redirects to that address. It does not govern mobile or desktop apps listed in our portfolio; those products maintain separate policies in their own repositories.

The Site is operated by ShuffleCraft Studio (“we,” “us”). For privacy matters, use contact options we publish on the Site at https://shufflecraftstudio.com when available.
2. What this Site does
The Site provides general information about ShuffleCraft Studio and projects in development. We do not offer user accounts on this Site and do not intentionally collect personal information through forms on the static pages described in this repository.
3. Hosting and technical data
The Site is delivered through Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront. Primary storage and configuration use AWS US West (N. California, United States); CloudFront edge locations may process technical data worldwide for delivery, including IP address, approximate region, user agent, request path, TLS metadata, and timestamps for security, operations, and abuse prevention. Retention and subprocessors follow AWS terms and your account configuration.
4. Cookies and local storage
The vanilla static pages in this repository do not set analytics cookies by
default. If you add analytics, embeds, or consent banners, update this policy
and the markdown in assets/legal/ before deployment.
5. Children
The Site is a general-audience brochure. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this static Site. If you add interactive features that collect data from minors, obtain appropriate review.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information. For requests related to CDN or hosting logs, use contact options published on the Site at https://shufflecraftstudio.com when available; we may need additional information to verify and route your request.
California residents: The CCPA/CPRA may grant additional rights. Use the same contact options on the Site for California privacy requests when available.
7. International transfers
If you access the Site from outside the United States, data may be transferred to the United States (including AWS US West (N. California) and CloudFront edge locations), subject to applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post a new effective date and adjust the
markdown in assets/legal/ accordingly.
