The Site is operated by **ShuffleCraft Studio** (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site provides general information about ShuffleCraft Studio and **in-development** projects. The Site, as built from this repository, does **not** offer **user accounts** and does **not** include **contact forms** or other intentional personal-data collection on the static pages.

### 3.1 Hosting and CDN (Amazon Web Services)

The Site is served from **Amazon S3** and **Amazon CloudFront**. Primary storage and configuration use **AWS US West (N. California, United States)**; CloudFront **edge locations** may process **technical and network** data worldwide for delivery, including IP address, approximate region, user agent, requested path, timestamps, and TLS metadata for **delivery, security, operations, and abuse prevention**. Processing is subject to **AWS** terms and your account settings (logging, retention, regions).

### 3.2 Cookies and similar technologies

Default static pages do **not** set non-essential cookies. If you add **analytics**, **embeds**, or **consent tools**, update this section and obtain review **before** deployment.

### 3.3 Portfolio products

Apps and games have **their own** data practices. Follow each product’s privacy policy when you install or use that software.

We use technical data from hosting/CDN to **operate and secure** the Site. We do **not sell** personal information for money. If you later enable sharing that qualifies as “sale” or “sharing” under U.S. state law, describe it and provide required controls.
