Expected features

Merge indexed trees into one catalog over time.
Reports for empties, duplicates, VCS roots, caches, cloud-style folders, archives, and optional local-LLM classification views.
Search across the active report; full-text index path documented for future use.
Recycle-bin style deletion, duplicate-aware cleanup, mark lists, and folder exclusions.
Optional Ollama for summaries, keywords, classifications, and background maintenance.
