No traditional accounts — Amazon Cognito Identity Pool (guest) on first launch for temporary AWS credentials.
S3-backed conversations — conversation data in S3 with a documented object layout and default lifecycle.
Three tabs — Contacts (local), Conversations, Invitations (outbound); settings available across screens.
Invite flow — HTTPS invite links and custom URL scheme for deep linking; supporting static site for policies and invite bridge.
Polling-based sync — no push required; backoff after send.
On-device emotional feedback — catalog-driven emoji-style signals and a single generic message when policy blocks sending.
